Step into the joy of Salsa in a warm, inclusive space that celebrates queer connection, care, and consent. In this one-hour beginner class, you’ll learn foundational footwork, playful styling and the basics of leading or following – you choose your role. Through partner-swapping and connection exercises, you’ll explore tension, rhythm and flow while picking up fun Salsa moves like the basic step, side step, right turn, and a 360 spin. Come solo or with friends and leave with the basics of Salsa partnerwork.

Brixton House has a fully wheelchair accessible building and theatre spaces. Whether you need a seat transfer, or wheelchair accessible seating, they will always endeavour to facilitate your needs, and make the journey from start to finish, as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

How to Book

Access tickets can be booked either online or via our Box Office; in person or over the telephone. To book a wheelchair seat, you will need to create an account and select one of the following tags in the ‘Other Preferences’ tab:

  • I am a wheelchair user (Manual)
  • I am a wheelchair user (Electric)
  • I require a seat transfer (Wheelchair).

By selecting one of these tags in your customer profile, it will allow for you to see and book Wheelchair Accessible Seating.

To book an access ticket, and receive the complimentary 2 for 1 access companion discount, you will also be required to select the ‘I require a Personal/Essential Companion tag, found in the ‘Other Preferences’ tab.

If you already have an account with Brixton House, you can either add these tags in your customer profile or contact the Box Office to help facilitate this for you.

Assistance Dogs

Brixton House are always welcome to having assistance dogs in the theatre. If you are planning a visit, and are planning on bringing your assistance dog, please let Brixton House know in advance, and they will be happy to care for and look after your dog during the performance.
