A father and son are separated by silence, unresolved memories and gestures that never reach one another. In Muros (which translates to Walls), movement becomes the language of longing, a delicate exploration of what is felt but never spoken. Through dance, the film traces the emotional architecture of distance, intimacy and the deep desire to reconnect.

Dani Cobarrubias is a filmmaker and photographer based in Granada who trained at the School of Visual Arts and EFTI (Madrid). Carmen Porras is a choreographer, performer and founder of Artes Sanas en Movimiento. Together they formed Nido Productions, creating award-winning dance films screened at over seventy festivals worldwide.

Muros is a tender, visually rich entry into Nido Productions’ continued exploration of human relationships through movement.
