A film about the limits of the aging body and the boundlessness of the mind. The sea has been an important part of Rauno’s life, but with age, going out to sea is no longer possible.
Together with visiting dance artist Nanna, Rauno’s memories of the sea come alive through dance and movement. Rauno takes us along on a childhood boat trip, where unexpected setbacks occur and his father swears so much, it must surely be a Finnish record.
