Watch: Short Documentary about Agudo Dance Company, Female Figures

This year Dance Umbrella has been working in partnership with Croydon-based Agudo Dance Company, supporting their Carmen outreach project with children and young people in Croydon. The project culminated in a curtain raiser at the Ashcroft Playhouse at Fairfield Halls, before the London premiere of Carmen.

For one night only, the participants were able to share their work on the stage, performing pieces inspired by ‘Carmen’ and other strong female figures.
