There are level entrances to the Royal Opera House from: The New Arcade in the corner of Covent Garden Piazza; Bow Street at the right-hand end of the main entrance portico (close to the lifts to the Amphitheatre); Bow Street immediately to the left of the Paul Hamlyn Hall (close to the Box Office and Information Desk).
There are four wheelchair spaces available in the Linbury Studio Theatre. A lift serves all levels on the right-hand side of the Studio Theatre auditorium. A wheelchair space accommodates the wheelchair user and one designated companion
Guide dogs are welcome or can be looked after at the foyer cloakroom by front-of- house staff.
A lay-by allows vehicles to pull off Bow Street immediately outside the Paul Hamlyn Hall to drop off disabled passengers. The disabled parking bays on the opposite side of Bow Street and in Floral Street cater for the whole Covent Garden area, not just the Royal Opera House.
The Box Office, Royal Opera House Shop, Information Desk and Cloakroom are situated at the entrance level below the Paul Hamlyn Hall. Counter heights at the Box Office, in the bars and at some public telephone points are designed to be accessible for wheelchair users. One Box Office sales position, the Information Desk and bars have induction loops to assist customers with impaired hearing. Menus are available in large print. The Bow Street/Piazza Link Coffee Shop is also accessible to wheelchair users.

Car: There is no designated parking at the Royal Opera House for ticket holders. The nearest NCP car parks are five minutes' walk away at Drury Lane and Shelton Street. There is a drop-off point outside the Bow Street entrance. A limited number of orange badge bays are available in the vicinity, but are not reserved for the use of Royal Opera House patrons.

The Place's Robin Howard Dance Theatre has 300 unreserved seats. Tickets are sold at a range of prices, with the best deals available if you book in advance or attend more than once (using their Return ticket). The Place does not charge booking fees.

ACCESS
The Royal Albert Hall has many entrances at ground level. Ramped entrances are currently available at doors 1, 3, 8, 9 and 12.
Public lifts are located at doors 1 and 8. These lifts serve all levels from basements to gallery and have tactile buttons and voice announcements. Please note there is no lift access to the arena.
There are twelve wheelchair spaces with adjacent companion spaces situated in the stalls at ground level. In addition, there are six wheelchair spaces with adjacent companion spaces in the Circle.
Box doors at Grand Tier and Second Tier are generally 66cm wide but some boxes have door widths up to 140cm. Loggia Boxes are not accessible to wheelchair users.
The auditorium has an infra red system with a number of personal receivers for use with or without hearing aids. To make use of this service, collect a free receiver from the information desk at Door 6.
Both counters at the Box Office have an induction loop system.
